All Services are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal between Rev Management Group and the client. These Terms do not constitute a service contract and do not guarantee availability, pricing, or performance outcomes.

We work with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure quality and personal attention. Acceptance of a service inquiry does not guarantee engagement.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Results described on this Site — including views, subscriber growth, brand deal revenue, and other performance metrics — reflect past client outcomes and are not guarantees of future performance. YouTube growth depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, content quality, audience behavior, and market conditions.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our Services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements — is the property of Rev Management Group and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

Work product created by Rev Management Group on behalf of clients (e.g., thumbnails, content calendars) is governed by the terms of the applicable client agreement.

5. Pricing & Payment

Pricing listed on this Site is provided for informational purposes and is subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Payment terms, schedules, and refund policies are outlined in individual client agreements. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• All fees are due as specified in the client agreement.
• Late payments may result in paused or terminated services.
• Fees paid for completed work are non-refundable.

6. Affiliate & Referral Links

This Site may contain affiliate links to third-party products and tools we recommend. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Rev Management Group in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
